Shipping & Delivery Policy – United States
All orders are shipped from Japan to customers in the United States.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
By placing an order on our store, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms below.
1. Shipping Area
We ship to residential and business addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to addresses outside the United States at this time.
2. Shipping Method & Fee (Standard Only)
We offer Standard Shipping to the United States via UGX (U-Global Express), a tracked international delivery service provided by Japan Post in partnership with overseas delivery operators. (Tracking is available.)
Shipping fee (United States)
A flat shipping fee of USD $39.99 applies to U.S. orders.
This is the only shipping option available for U.S. deliveries at this time.
3. Standard Shipping – UGX (U-Global Express)
Method
UGX (U-Global Express) – tracked international delivery service.
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)
Estimated delivery (UGX): 5–10 business days
Typical: 3–7 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.
Note:
Customs processing and local holidays may extend delivery time.

4. Order Processing Time
We usually ship orders within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (Japan time), excluding Japanese public holidays.
Customization (Embroidery) orders
If your order includes customization (e.g., wrist embroidery), processing begins after your customization details are confirmed and typically requires an additional up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
5. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (United States)
All orders are shipped from Japan.
Our product prices and shipping fees do not include:
- Import duties
- Import taxes or other government charges (if applicable)
- Brokerage, handling, clearance, or processing fees
- Any other customs-related charges
When your order arrives in the United States, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and/or the carrier may assess and collect duties, taxes, and fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable once assessed by customs or the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address, Delivery Failure, and Returned Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit number and any required access information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to pick up the parcel or respond to delivery attempts
- Refusal to pay duties, taxes, or carrier fees (if applicable)
then, once the parcel returns to Japan:
- We can reship the order if you pay the actual reshipping cost; or
- We may offer a partial refund of the product price only, minus any return shipping/handling fees charged by the carrier.
If the carrier abandons or destroys the parcel because it was unclaimed or refused, no refund may be possible.
8. Delays, Lost, or “Delivered but Not Received” Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, carriers, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.
If tracking has not updated for a long time, or if your parcel is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
- For “delivered but not received,” please also check with household members, neighbors, building management, and any mailroom/locker.
We will assist with investigations with the carrier, but compensation is not guaranteed in every case.
9. Shipping Fee Policy
Shipping fees are charged for the shipping service itself and are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time.
Any changes will apply to orders placed after the date of the update.
