DiamondBaseJP sources baseball gear from Japan. Please review the information below before placing an order or submitting an inquiry.
1. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Canada checkout is available now.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and available shipping settings. DBJP currently ships Canada orders using Japan Post International ePacket Light or another available shipping method when appropriate.

2. Do you ship to the United States?
U.S. orders are currently available by inquiry only while we test DDP shipping with Japan Post and Zonos Prepay.
At this time, U.S. customers may not be able to complete standard checkout directly on the website. Please contact DBJP before ordering so we can confirm shipping availability, estimated duties, import-related charges, and total cost.

3. How long does shipping take?
For Canada orders, estimated delivery time is typically around 14–21 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier availability, customs processing, postal delays, destination, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions.
U.S. inquiry orders may require additional time because shipping availability, DDP processing, duties, and total cost must be confirmed before payment and shipment.

4. How much does shipping cost?
For Canada orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available shipping rates.
For U.S. inquiry orders, shipping costs and import-related charges will be estimated and confirmed before payment whenever possible.

5. Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or import fees?
Possibly. Duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, carrier-related fees, or other import-related costs may apply depending on your country, order value, product category, shipping method, and local regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are included in a confirmed DDP quote provided by DBJP before payment.
For U.S. inquiry orders, DBJP may estimate and collect prepaid duties and import-related charges before shipment when required for DDP shipping.

6. Can I add embroidery to batting gloves?
Embroidery may be available for select batting gloves, depending on the glove model, size, color, wrist strap space, supplier availability, and customization requirements.
Please contact DBJP before ordering if you want embroidery added. Not every batting glove can be embroidered cleanly, and availability may change depending on the exact product and timing.
Visit our Embroidery Inquiry page to ask whether embroidery is available for the batting glove you are interested in.
Once embroidery, customization, sourcing, or processing has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may not be possible.
7. Is every item always available?
No. Some products are sourced based on current supplier availability in Japan. Stock, size, color, and price may change depending on timing.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, DBJP will contact you with available options.
For embroidery, special-order, sourced-on-request, or U.S. inquiry orders, we may confirm availability before payment or before processing begins.

8. How do I choose the right batting glove size?
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Japanese batting gloves may fit more snugly than some North American gloves, so accurate hand measurement is important.
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before placing an order. DBJP does not accept returns or exchanges because an item does not fit as expected, unless the wrong size was shipped due to a confirmed DBJP fulfillment error.
If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and include your hand measurements and the product you are interested in.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact DBJP as soon as possible. We may be able to review a change or cancellation request only if the order has not yet been processed, sourced, customized, embroidered, prepared for shipment, or shipped.
Once processing, sourcing, embroidery, customization, DDP processing, duty prepayment, or shipment preparation has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
U.S. inquiry orders, embroidered items, customized items, special-order items, and sourced-on-request items may have stricter cancellation limits.

10. What is your return policy?
All sales are generally final once an order has been confirmed, processed, sourced, customized, embroidered, or shipped.
DBJP does not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference reasons, including wrong size selection, change of mind, design preference, color impression, fit, feel, or items that look different than expected.
Returns, replacements, or refunds may only be reviewed if the issue was caused by a confirmed DBJP fulfillment error, such as DBJP shipping the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color.
If you believe DBJP shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
