Where we currently ship.
DBJP is currently focused on Canada checkout, with U.S. orders handled manually by inquiry during our DDP shipping test.
Canada Orders
Canada checkout is currently available on the website. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and available shipping settings.
DBJP currently ships Canada orders using Japan Post International ePacket Light or another available shipping method when appropriate.
United States Orders
U.S. orders are currently available by inquiry only while we test DDP shipping with Japan Post and Zonos Prepay.
U.S. customers may not be able to complete standard checkout directly on the website. Please contact DBJP before ordering.
How long shipping may take.
Delivery estimates can vary depending on order processing, supplier availability, customs processing, postal delays, destination, weather, holidays, and carrier conditions.
Estimated Delivery
Canada orders typically take around 14–21 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Before Shipment
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock, size, color, and whether embroidery or customization is requested.
Inquiry Orders
U.S. inquiry orders may require additional time because shipping availability, DDP processing, duties, and total cost must be confirmed before payment and shipment.
Import-related charges may apply.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, carrier-related fees, or other import-related costs.
Canada Duties & Taxes
For Canada orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import-related charges may be collected by customs, postal services, or carriers upon delivery or during customs clearance.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a confirmed quote from DBJP.
U.S. Duties & Prepaid Charges
For U.S. inquiry orders, DBJP may estimate and collect prepaid duties and import-related charges before shipment when required for DDP shipping.
Any U.S. quote is based on the product information, destination, shipping method, and import-related estimates available at that time.
How U.S. orders are handled.
Because U.S. shipping may require DDP handling and duty prepayment, U.S. orders are reviewed individually before payment.

Send us the product link, size, color, embroidery request if any, and your shipping ZIP code and state.
We confirm availability and estimated cost
DBJP reviews product availability, estimated shipping cost, duties, import-related charges, and handling adjustments where applicable.
We send a custom invoice
If the order can be fulfilled, DBJP may send a custom invoice or Shopify Draft Order. Full payment is required before sourcing, embroidery, DDP processing, or shipment begins.
We prepare and ship the order
Once the item is ready and required DDP processing is completed, DBJP ships the order using the available shipping method.
